Our bread bag is made from pure, natural, undyed, unbleached 7.1 oz/square yard linen. This bag protects bread from drying out, but does not soften the crust.
It measures 12 1/2“ wide x 18” long and comes with a frayed edge, for that raw, rustic look we love so much. The bag is just the right size for a loaf made in a 5.2-liter enameled cast-iron casserole.
