Our No.1 cutting board is a classic cutting board with clean lines and the right proportions. It is available in a choice of first quality maple or cherry wood. The board measures 11” x 20” – 28 x 50.8 cm. In maple, it is offered in two thicknesses, 3/4” -1.90 cm or 1 1/4” – 3.20 cm.

This cutting board is made from wood collages assembled with food grade glue.

They are made in Beauce by a cabinetmaker whose reputation is well established in our region.

Our cutting boards are treated with Caron&Doucet’s non-mineral food grade wax before being shipped to you. Caron&Doucet is a Quebec company located in Morin-Heights.
