Our chef’s blocks have all the sturdiness of the top quality maple wood they are made of. They are ideal for intensive daily use. They are available in rectangular, round or trapezoid shapes. Rectangular, square and round cutting boards come with non-slip rubber feet that also serve to stabilize them. Being smaller in size, the trapeze board does not require rubber feet and can therefore be used on both sides.

They are made in Beauce by a cabinetmaker whose reputation is well established in our region. The maple collages are assembled with food grade glue.

Our cutting boards are treated with Caron&Doucet’s non-mineral food grade wax before being shipped to you. Caron&Doucet is a Quebec company located in Morin-Heights.
